Recently, according to the announcement of Clarivate Analytics, MSE’s journal Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering was collected by Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE). Content of the journal will be dated back to the 1st Issue of the year 2016, and it will obtain its first Influence Factor during June to October of 2019.

Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering (English Edition) is one of the English academic journals Frontiers Journals published overseas by Springer. The journal is co-published by the Higher Education Press, Chinese Academy of Engineering and HUST. As a quarterly issued English journal, Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering was firstly published in 2006, and is now one of the 9+1 journals of Chinese Academy of Engineering. Academician Yang Shuzi of HUST and Academician Guo Dongming of Dalian University of Technology are Editors-in-Chief. Gu Peihua, Fellow of Canadian Academy of Engineering, is Executive Editor-in-Chief.
