On January 2nd, Hubei Intellectual Property Bureau Issued the Decision on Awarding the 11th Hubei Provincial Patent Award. Prof. Zhang Haiou’s team of MSE won a gold award with their invention patent Composite Manufacturing Method and Their Auxiliary Devices of Components and Molds Deposition (Patent NO. ZL2010101476322). Prof. Chen Rong’ team of MSE won a silver award with their invention patent A Device and Method for Surface Modification of Nanoparticles (Patent NO. ZL2014102479561).
The Hubei Provincial Patent Award is set up by Hubei Intellectual Property Bureau, which is a government award for innovation patents. There are altogether thousands of patents competing for this year’s award, while only part of them are awarded, namely 10 gold awards, 20 silver awards and 30 honorable awards. These patents awarded are of great importance to solve key technological problems of its field as well as promoting the technology innovation and optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of the field.
